• Bookings and payments: All bookings are made through Smoobu, following the terms and conditions indicated during the booking process.

• Security deposit: A deposit of €200 / £200 / $200 in cash is required upon arrival. This will be refunded at the end of your stay after the accommodation has been checked.

• Cancellations and changes: The cancellation policies indicated at the time of booking apply. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations in advance.

• Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. The property is not responsible for personal belongings or accidents.

• Special requests: Early arrivals (before 3 p.m.), late departures (after 12 p.m.) or arrivals after 9 p.m. may incur an additional charge, subject to availability.

• House reference: Guests are requested to comply with all House Rules to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
